How to Get Started

Assumption, numbers, owner, decision, step by step?

4. What is the outcome?
Brief, tracker, report, email, workbook, deck?

If you haven't described the input and output, that work isn't clear enough to turn into a repeating AI.

AI Workbench Template

A template to save three jobs, input, checkpoint and task brief.

For each task I've described, write a short reusable task brief. Each task brief needs to have: - goals; - input; - what AI needs to do; - what AI doesn't assume itself; - stop-points/part I need to check; - output format. Keep the task brief short enough for me to reuse weekly. Don't make it a long prompt just to look professional.
