From analysis to presentation, management makes decisions.
Your task today is to turn an existing analysis into a 5–8-slide presentation that is concise enough for management to understand quickly and clear enough to agree on the next step.

YOUR TASK
1. Don't start with slide 1. What should you leave?
Let's start with the question: If management only remembered one sentence after the meeting, what would that be?
Weakness
These are the pilot results for the last four weeks.
A more powerful way
Sales and traffic are improving, but margin is declining and data is not enough to expand overall; so continue to expand with control for another four weeks.

Management needs to decide what not to say too much about.
The first step is to make the most of the opportunity.
3. Lock a sentence before you slide
From these two sources, we suggest three ways to write the main message for management. Each way is one sentence. It should be: - what's happening; - why it matters; - what's uncertain if it is. Don't write a headline like Pilot Review or Business Update. Don't conclude that the pilot was a complete success.
You're here.
You already have a sentence that makes the whole presentation vibrant. From now on, each slide should only exist if it helps prove, explain or lead to a decision from that sentence.
The second step is to make sure that the
Not all numbers are worth sliding.
Sales +3.2% It's a positive growth.
Traffic +4.8% Shows more visitors to the store.
Margin minus 0.9 points The quality of growth needs to be closely monitored.
- $29,000 a month. Estimated margin investment for three stores.
Two ready, one ready in part. The risk of deployment is uneven.
An executive slide doesn't need to have enough data. enough evidence to convince the reader of the main message..

The lack of
I'm sorry, but the management is giving me an opinion.
It's more intense.
The approval proposal continued to expand with control of three stores for another four weeks, then re-examined before deciding to deploy all six stores.

You've completed Lesson 13.
You've moved from analytics to a decision-making circuit, instead of just moving the data table to a slide.
One sentence to carry: Executive presentation is not where you put all the analysis on the slide. It's where you pick the right evidence to lead to a decision.
